WorldMove stellt einen KI-gestützten Assistenten für allgemeine Informationen zu Auswanderung, Visa, Steuern und Lebensgestaltung im Ausland bereit.
⚠️ Wichtig: Die von WorldMove bereitgestellten Informationen stellen ausdrücklich keine Rechts-, Steuer- oder Migrationsberatung dar. Alle Inhalte sind allgemeiner Natur. Für rechtlich bindende Entscheidungen ist die Konsultation zugelassener Fachleute erforderlich.
Der Anbieter behält sich vor, Accounts bei AGB-Verstoß zu sperren oder zu löschen.
Alle Preise inkl. MwSt. Abrechnung in Euro über Stripe. Preisanpassungen werden mit 30 Tagen Frist angekündigt.
Die Zahlung erfolgt über Stripe. Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch (monatlich um 1 Monat, jährlich um 1 Jahr), sofern keine Kündigung erfolgt. Bei Zahlungsverzug kann der Zugang vorübergehend gesperrt werden.
Verbraucher in der EU haben das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zu widerrufen. Widerruf per E-Mail an: vbcreativestudio@outlook.de
⚠️ Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt bei digitalen Inhalten, sobald mit der Ausführung begonnen wurde und der Nutzer dem ausdrücklich zugestimmt sowie seine Kenntnis vom Verlust des Widerrufsrechts bestätigt hat.
Monatliche Abonnements können jederzeit zum Ende des Abrechnungszeitraums gekündigt werden. Jährliche Abonnements bis 30 Tage vor Laufzeitende. Kündigung über das Dashboard (Stripe-Portal) oder per E-Mail. Das Lifetime-Abonnement ist nicht kündbar, außer im Rahmen des 14-tägigen Widerrufsrechts.

Der Anbieter haftet unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz, grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie Schäden aus Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung auf den vorhersehbaren vertragstypischen Schaden begrenzt. Keine Haftung für die Richtigkeit KI-generierter Inhalte oder Entscheidungen des Nutzers auf deren Basis.
Alle Inhalte, Designs und Software auf der WorldMove-Plattform sind Eigentum von VB Creative Studio und urheberrechtlich geschützt. Vervielfältigung ohne schriftliche Genehmigung ist untersagt. Nutzereingaben bleiben Eigentum des Nutzers; der Anbieter erhält das Recht zur Verarbeitung zum Zweck der Diensterbringung.
Änderungen werden mit 30 Tagen Ankündigungsfrist per E-Mail mitgeteilt. Ohne Widerspruch innerhalb dieser Frist gelten die geänderten AGB als angenommen.
Es gilt maltesisches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Für EU-Verbraucher gelten zusätzlich die zwingenden Verbraucherschutzvorschriften ihres Wohnsitzlandes. Gerichtsstand für Kaufleute ist Malta.
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt. Die unwirksame Bestimmung wird durch eine wirtschaftlich gleichwertige wirksame Regelung ersetzt.

WorldMove provides an AI-powered assistant offering general information on emigration, visas, taxes and life abroad.
⚠️ Important: The information provided by WorldMove does not constitute legal, tax or migration advice. All content is of a general nature. For legally binding decisions, consultation with licensed professionals is required.
The provider reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of violations of these Terms.
All prices include applicable VAT. Billing in EUR via Stripe. Price changes will be announced with 30 days' notice.
Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly by 1 month, annually by 1 year) unless cancelled. Access may be temporarily suspended in case of payment default.
EU consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. Withdrawal by email to: vbcreativestudio@outlook.de
⚠️ The right of withdrawal expires for digital content once performance has begun, provided the user has expressly consented and acknowledged that they lose the right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the billing period. Annual subscriptions must be cancelled at least 30 days before renewal. Cancellation via the dashboard (Stripe portal) or by email. The Lifetime plan is non-cancellable, except within the 14-day withdrawal period.
The provider is fully liable for intentional misconduct, gross negligence and damages to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. No liability for the accuracy of AI-generated content or decisions made by the user based thereon.
All content, designs and software on the WorldMove platform are the property of VB Creative Studio and protected by copyright. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited. User inputs remain the property of the user; the provider receives the right to process them for the purpose of service provision.
Changes will be communicated by email with 30 days' notice. If the user does not object within this period, the amended Terms are deemed accepted.
Maltese law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. EU consumers additionally benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence. Jurisdiction for merchants is Malta.
Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by an economically equivalent valid provision.
